Angels Sewing and Quilting Celebrates Anniversary with Ribbon Cutting

“Small businesses make up a big part of our community. They’re quick to help individuals or teams fundraise and are willing to lend a helping hand,” Dillon said. “The ribbon cutting ceremony was a great example of this – and a celebration of community members becoming like family. I was thankful to be a part of it.”
The event was designed to celebrate customers and employees and offered attendees free “make and take” projects, a variety of Martelli sewing and quilting product demos, a 20 percent discount on all fabric, and a gift card special. All guests were entered to win 20 percent off an entire year of purchases, and Patrick and Shannon Herlihy were the winners of this exclusive “Wooden Needle” prize. In addition to other prizes and giveaways, a raffle contest was held in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All proceeds will be donated to Tough Warrior Princess (https://www.facebook.com/toughwarriorprincess).

Angels Sewing and Quilting welcomes interested customers to try its available machines, and free quilting and embroidery technique classes are provided with any machine purchase.
