April Vacation Sewing Camp

The morning session of Camp will be for beginners who need to learn the basics of sewing. This session is great for those just starting out on their sewing journey.

Join us for the April vacation mini-camp. The project for the afternoon session mini-Camp is a Tool Bucket Sewing Caddy. This Project uses lots of techniques and skills:
• measuring an item to cover
• transferring measurements to fabric
• using a rotary cutter to cut out fabric
• making pleats in pockets
• creating a casing
• inserting elastic
• creating loop pockets
• creating a “buttonhole” in the seam
• covering a bucket
• making a weighted bottom

Once finished, you can tote your supplies with you or have them handy right next to your sewing machine
